Use only payment details or wallet addresses provided through the verified channel for a request you initiated. Check the recipient and instructions carefully before sending.
Review these precautions before submitting a request or transferring funds.
Our team only responds after you raise a request through this website. If someone messages you first claiming to represent us and asks you to buy, sell, transfer funds or share private information, treat it as a scammer impersonating our team. Do not send money or share credentials. Verify support details through this website.

Never disclose a seed phrase, private key, password or one-time password. Our team will never ask for your wallet recovery phrase.
Ignore unsolicited messages, lookalike accounts, urgent payment demands and claims of guaranteed profit or guaranteed transaction completion.
Retain your own receipts and transaction hash. Share proof only after following verified instructions, and avoid sending unnecessary personal data.
Digital assets are volatile and transactions can be irreversible. Do not send money or USDT until our team has confirmed the request and supplied verified official instructions. A website ticket is not an accepted order or proof of payment.
For a first transaction, be prepared to complete identity checks. Depending on the applicable law and our team’s verified compliance process, you may be asked for your PAN card, Aadhaar or another legally accepted identity document, plus a real-time smiling selfie/liveness check. Aadhaar use must follow applicable consent requirements, and our team must confirm acceptable documents and any lawful alternatives. Do not send identity documents or selfies to an unverified number or include them in the website’s WhatsApp message.
Payment must come from a bank account or UPI account in the same name as the verified customer. Third-party payments may be declined or returned subject to bank rules, applicable law and fraud review. Payout destination details must also match the verified customer where required.
Suspected fraud, impersonation, forged documents, third-party payment misuse, chargebacks or attempts to use the service for illegal activity may lead to refusal or suspension of the request, preservation of relevant records as permitted by law, and a report or complaint to the appropriate bank, cybercrime portal or law-enforcement authority. Our team may pursue an FIR or other legal proceedings where appropriate under Indian law; registration of an FIR is determined by the competent authorities. A person affected by cyber financial fraud in India can also report it promptly through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal or helpline 1930.
You are responsible for checking the recipient identity, wallet address, selected network, bank account and payment instructions before confirming. Funds sent to an incorrect address/account or to a third party may be unrecoverable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our team is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate details supplied by you or transfers you initiate outside verified instructions. This does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
