Frequently asked questions.
Is this a live exchange with automatic execution?
The website helps you calculate an estimate, follow the payment instructions and contact our team through WhatsApp. Our team reviews your payment or transfer screenshot manually; the website does not verify settlement automatically.
Are the rates live?
No. Conversion uses rates configured in the site settings. They are not live market prices and our team must confirm the final quote before a transaction.
What are the market prices shown on the home page?
The market ribbon shows public BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL and XRP spot prices against USDT. It is for general information and is not the rate RBD Exchange will use for an INR transaction. The market feed may be temporarily unavailable and should not be treated as a quote.
What fees apply when I sell USDT?
The published sell processing fee is US$3 for US$10–US$50, US$6 for US$100–under US$500, US$10 for US$500–US$1,000, and 1% above US$1,000. The US$50–under US$100 band has no fixed fee, so get a quote before sending USDT. Amounts below US$10 also need a quote if they meet the ₹1,000 minimum through the INR equivalent. Fees are shown in US dollars; the final INR payout is an estimate until confirmed by our team.
What is the buy network fee?
Buy requests include a US$1.50 network fee per order. The INR total includes its configured conversion, which is not fetched from a live FX feed.
What are the minimum and maximum amounts?
The minimum is US$10 or ₹1,000, and the maximum supported in one request is US$1,500 or ₹1,50,000 (whichever limit is reached first). The calculator checks both sides of the estimate and may reject an amount that crosses either upper limit. Larger transactions need separate discussion with our team.
Which networks can I select?
TRON (TRC20), Ethereum (ERC20) and BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) are listed for requests. Always confirm the exact network and official receiving address before transferring.
Which payment or payout methods are available?
For buying USDT, you can use any compatible UPI app, IMPS or CDM. For selling USDT, choose UPI (your UPI ID or linked mobile number), IMPS or CDM. After you pay or send USDT, open WhatsApp and attach your screenshot; you do not need to enter a UTR or transaction hash on the website.
Does submitting a request mean it is accepted?
No. The website prepares a WhatsApp message, but you still need to send it yourself and attach a screenshot of your payment or transfer. The screenshot is not, by itself, confirmation that funds have arrived; our team checks the transfer separately.
Will I need verification?
Our team will communicate applicable verification requirements through WhatsApp before accepting a transaction. Do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriately verified and suitable channel.
Does the website store my request?
No backend or database is connected. Your form is not saved to a central ticket system. When you continue, WhatsApp opens with a message draft; review it and press Send yourself.
Why is my sell payout rounded?
UPI and IMPS estimates are rounded down to whole rupees. CDM estimates are rounded down to the nearest ₹100. The Fees page describes the payout adjustments used for each method.
How long is a quote valid?
Our team-issued quote is valid for 15 minutes. This site does not issue or enforce quotes automatically, so follow the quote and instructions sent by our team.
What happens if my request receives no reply?
The stated policy is that an unanswered request may be treated as closed after six hours. This static site cannot automatically monitor or close WhatsApp conversations. Contact support for a new review rather than creating duplicate requests.
Will your team contact me first to ask me to buy or sell?
No. Our team only responds after you initiate a request through this website. Treat any unsolicited message claiming to represent us and asking you to buy, sell or transfer funds as an impersonation scam. Verify all contact details through the official website.
Who is responsible if I enter the wrong recipient or payment details?
Please check details before sending. Transfers to incorrect addresses/accounts or third parties may be unrecoverable. To the extent permitted by law, losses caused by inaccurate details you supply or transfers you initiate outside verified instructions may not be recoverable from the service.
Does the service provide tax advice or guarantee tax savings?
No tax result is guaranteed. Keep your transaction records organised and consult a qualified tax professional about the treatment that applies to your own circumstances. Using a platform does not itself create an exemption from applicable law.
